One of the advantages of packaging model outputs as Riverscapes Projects is that the metadata can be used to transparently unpack dependencies. Within each model, they are typically organized in terms of outputs and the inputs and/or intermediates used to get those outputs. However, many of the RC's models have dependencies (i.e. inputs) that come from "upstream" models in entirely different riverscape projects. For example, a BRAT model has inputs from VBET, Antrho, and Riverscapes Context.
