Create a Support Ticket

If you have questions we are here to help! Contact our support team by creating a support ticket. 


Under App or Model please select which version of Phlux you are using. iOS if you are on an iPhone, Android for other smart phone such as Samsung or Google, and Web if you are using Phlux on a computer or laptop.


When describing your issue please provide as much information as possible so we can assist you!

Finds step by step instructions and information about Phlux's features by reading the support articles in out Knowledge Base. 


Shake the App

Shake your phone with the Phlux app open to report any technical bugs you come across! First you have to enable Bug Reporting by going to your feed.


At the top of the feed, select the cog symbol to view the settings.


Tap Bug Reporting to enable the feature.


If you experience a bug you can now shake your phone to bring up the options to send a note to the development team about the bug you ran into. You can also find links to contact support or view the help articles!
