In Phlux, you can download a zip file of any photo series you have access to (i.e. those you own, or Open series) from the Exports button :
From Export Series you can click on Export Data to download that series as a *.zip file that contains the raw file and a series.json with the metadata on the series:
It can take a few minutes for Phlux to generate the file, depending on the size of the series and raw images. You can wait, or simply close the dialog and go about using the App. You will receive a notification in the App when the series is ready for download.
Alternatively, you can check progress and view all your exports from your Profile page. Your exports are stored for seven days before being deleted.
