As of version 0.9.2 of Q-Viewer, you can upload projects to the Data Exchange. Check out the Uploading Projects documentation here.
In short, you right click on a project once you have it completed from the Viewer and access the Uploader:
From there, it uses your Riverscapes Consortium credentials to authenticate you as a user and lets you upload your project:

This feature provides a simple user interface to augment the command line rscli interface that also allows upload (as well as download).
